Overview Community Broadband Networks (CBN) is a fast-growing Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP) bringing affordable, high-speed internet to communities across Wyoming County, NY. We're building the infrastructure that connects people, and we need experienced leaders in the field to make it happen. Responsibilities Directly supervise field technicians and other assigned personnel. Provide coaching, training, performance feedback, and employee development. Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and exceptional customer service. Coordinate technician schedules, routing, work assignments, installations, service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities. Supervise, train, coach, and support field technicians to ensure productivity, quality, safety, and customer service standards are met. Monitor technician performance, attendance, workload distribution, and operational efficiency. Serve as the primary point of communication between field staff, customers, management, and other departments. Ensure work orders and customer requests are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. Oversee inventory control and maintain accountability for Company equipment and materials. Coordinate fleet maintenance, inspections, repairs, and vehicle readiness. Enforce Company policies, procedures, and safety requirements. Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, efficiency, and service delivery. Maintain a professional, organized, and safe office and work environment. Support Company growth initiatives and perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or relevant technical training preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in dispatch, field operations, telecommunications, broadband, construction, utilities, or a related industry preferred. Previous supervisory, team lead, or management experience preferred. Strong organizational, scheduling, and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing operational needs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, scheduling software, and other business applications. Ability to effectively coordinate field personnel, customer requests, and operational resources. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Knowledge of inventory management and fleet coordination preferred. Understanding of workplace safety practices and compliance requirements. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and on-call hours as needed to support business operations. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling employee and business matters. Preferred Qualifications Experience in wireless internet, telecommunications, broadband, fiber, construction, utility, or field service operations. Experience using dispatching, scheduling, or workforce management systems. Experience managing remote or field-based employees. Knowledge of inventory tracking and fleet management processes.

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
