Across its five Schools, Fisher offers nearly 40 majors in the humanities, social sciences, natural sciences, business, education, and nursing; 11 pre-professional programs; and master's and doctoral programs in business, nursing, education, pharmacy, and public health. Job Responsibilities Answer all incoming telephone calls to campus and direct them to the appropriate department. Monitor intrusion detection and fire surveillance system as well as notify the Monroe County 911 Center for emergency response as needed. Maintain contact with university departments for after hour emergency maintenance requests Maintain radio communications with on-duty security officers and operate a multi-line telephone system Complete data entry daily for online reporting systems Perform credit/debit card transactions Monitor on campus shuttle and prepare statistical ride data for the Director Assist with department lost and found Use the RAVE Alert System to send out campus wide notifications Other clerical tasks/duties as assigned by the Office Manager.
