Job Description

Operations Command Center Dispatcher Located in the Yonkers HQ office, Dispatch is the 24-hour hub for all communications. From National/ Local clients, security officers, requests & concerns, all calls are received by this team and sent to the proper channels. Job summary : Answer all calls in a timely and professional manner, Following the standard greeting provided during training. Hearing the needs of the caller and pointing them to the department that can further assist, along with sending an email on their behalf Must be able to multitask - Occ has 2 phones that hold up to 8 calls on hold & provide access control to the front desk of HQ. Keep a log of information received to communicate with the proper department as well as update Winteam schedule to reflect.
Including:
Clock ins/out, call outs, early departure, emergencies Must have the ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances.
Required Education and Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 2 years of dispatcher/ customer service experience Must display exceptional customer service and communication skills and always display a professional demeanor and excellent customer service Intermediate computer experience: Outlook Winteam experience is a plus
Shift Schedule :
6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm and 10pm to 6am Schedule days to be discussed with management
