Job Summary Job Title Job Description Provides advanced emergency medical dispatch life support through pre-arrival instructions to callers. Operates and maintains all Dispatch Call Center equipment, including State Police Systems to obtain criminal background information. Prepares and maintains reports and records relating to emergency responses. Incumbent is required to work on alternate work schedule which may include an uncommon tour of duty (including nights, weekends and holidays). Incumbent is responsible for attaining continuing dispatch education (CDE) requirements through in-service training that is offered locally and pass in accordance with predetermined course requirements.
