We are seeking motivated and reliable Dispatch Operators to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and providing real-time rapid response service. Your keen attention to detail and proactive approach will directly contribute to the success of our operations by providing support to clients and employees. As a Dispatch Operator, you will serve as the central communications person for field personnel and clients, ensuring efficient coordination, rapid response, and accurate reporting. The responsibilities of a Dispatch Operator are as follows: Consistent monitoring of internal communications while on duty, looking for abnormalities or opportunities to provide support and guidance to employees on duty Operation of CCTV equipment Ensuring employees arrive on time to all scheduled shifts and check in appropriately during their shifts Contact employees, site managers, clients, and other necessary personnel to notify them of any incidents, late arrivals, criminal activity, etc. occurring at any given worksite Answer phone calls made to the dispatch line to provide assistance, guidance, and support to employees and clients Coordinate with field employees, Operations Managers, and/or clients to provide appropriate support Write accurate reports to document incidents and activity necessary for internal records and/or clients

8-29 hours per week

Schedule:

24/7 coverage needed Day shift Evening shift Night Shift Weekends as needed Weekends only

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent 1 year of customer service experience Valid drivers license Reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of experience in a dispatch role (transportation, public safety, logistics, field service repair, etc.) 1+ years of security experience Necessary Skills Interpersonal communication Report writing Basic computer skills Problem solving Critical thinking Effective and efficient multi-tasking Attention to detail Work location: Dayton, OH (in-person) This position is based out of our Dayton Field Office (DFO)
