Full-Time, In-Office Pay:
" $700 per week base salary + 3% commission " (Dispatcher make up from $7,000
  • 30,000 a month) We are looking for an experienced, motivated Heavy Haul Dispatcher to join our team.
This is an in-office position focused on dispatching trucks hauling oversize, overweight, and heavy haul loads . We need someone who understands trucking, communicates confidently with brokers and customers, and knows how to keep trucks moving while finding profitable freight. This position combines dispatching, relationship building, negotiation, and sales , so we are looking for someone who is competitive, personable, persistent, and comfortable hearing "no." Responsibilities Dispatch trucks hauling heavy haul, oversize, and overweight freight Search load boards and communicate directly with brokers and customers to secure loads Negotiate rates and work to maximize revenue per truck Plan loads based on equipment capabilities, dimensions, weight, location, and schedule Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments Communicate continuously with drivers regarding load details, routes, schedules, and changes Build strong relationships with brokers, customers, and shippers Follow up on leads and actively pursue new freight opportunities Work closely with our operations team regarding permits, escorts, routing, and other heavy-haul requirements Maintain accurate load information, rate confirmations, and dispatch records Handle unexpected changes and problems professionally and quickly Help minimize deadhead and keep trucks consistently moving Qualifications Truck dispatching experience is required. Heavy haul, oversize, overweight, RGN, or specialized transportation experience is strongly preferred.

  • easy to work with and able to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced office Compensation $700 per week base pay + 3% commission The commission structure gives motivated dispatchers the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings based on performance.
Important This is NOT a remote position. The dispatcher must work in-house from our office . We are looking for someone who wants to become an important part of a growing heavy-haul operation—not someone simply looking to answer phones. The right person should enjoy trucking, sales, negotiation, relationship building, and the challenge of finding and coordinating specialized freight.
