Gather necessary information from clients, such as location, vehicle type, and service requirements etc. Efficiently dispatch tow trucks to ensure timely service delivery. Track the status of dispatched services and provide clients with updates as necessary. Maintain clear and effective communication with tow truck operators to ensure prompt service. Document all calls and service requests accurately in the dispatch system. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to optimize dispatch processes. RequirementsQualifications Proven experience as a dispatcher, preferably in the towing or transportation industry. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and quick decision-making abilities. Familiarity with dispatch software or computers in general. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
