Dispatcher:
Schedule and dispatch drivers, technicians, or field personnel to meet customer and operational needs. Monitor daily routes, schedules, and service assignments to ensure timely completion. Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal teams regarding schedules, updates, and service requests. Track service status and respond to schedule changes, delays, or emergencies as needed. Maintain accurate dispatch records, logs, and documentation. Coordinate resources efficiently to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction. Qualifications for the
Dispatcher:
2+ years of dispatching, logistics, transportation, or scheduling experience preferred. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Proficiency with dispatch software, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office. Ability to coordinate schedules, routes, and resources with a high level of accuracy.
