Job Summary Dispatcher ITS has a client looking for a Dispatcher in Walbridge, OH. They are a trusted adviser and leading organization in the commercial/industrial service industry. Their dispatchers play a vital role in ensuring seamless interaction with their customers and supporting technicians.

Responsibilities Facilitate service requests from customers by coordinating with service technicians and other personnel to ensure timely resolution of customer needs.

Coordinate technicians' schedules and provide necessary information for service calls, preventative maintenance, or service projects.

Forecast future schedules for technicians.

Communicate with both internal and external customers to ensure all commitments are met.

Utilize Service Software for service call setup, technician scheduling, and updates.

Assist service technicians and project coordinators with purchase orders.

Create service field quotes for technicians as needed and generate service calls upon approval.

Maintain data from the service technicians' mobile application.

Work with service accounting personnel to resolve questions on completed service calls.

Assist project coordinators in scheduling technicians for projects.

Collaborate with multiple dispatchers to ensure seamless dispatch operation.

Review and update open service calls.

Assist with tasks as directed by the Dispatch Supervisor.
