We are seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative CRM Specialist to support the effective, consistent use of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform across users, departments, offices, and regions. This role will serve as a central resource for CRM operations, user support, training, data quality, reporting, and process alignment. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate clearly, train diverse user groups, and promote adoption of standardized CRM practices throughout the organization.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Administer and support day-to-day CRM use across departments, offices, and regional teams. Develop, document, and maintain standardized CRM processes, workflows, data-entry requirements, and user guidelines. Train new and existing users through onboarding sessions, refresher training, guides, and one-on-one support. Promote consistent use of the CRM platform and encourage best practices across all teams. Monitor CRM data quality, completeness, accuracy, duplication, and compliance with established standards. Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities to improve CRM processes and user adoption. Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data summaries to support leadership and departmental decision-making. Coordinate with department leaders and regional offices to understand needs, align workflows, and implement improvements. Serve as the primary point of contact for CRM questions, troubleshooting, user feedback, and enhancement requests. Assist with user access, permissions, records management, imports, updates, and routine CRM maintenance. Track CRM usage and adoption metrics; provide recommendations to improve engagement and efficiency. Partner with IT, operations, sales, marketing, customer service, and other stakeholders on CRM-related initiatives. SKILLS Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into practical recommendations. Experience creating reports, dashboards, user documentation, and process guides. Excellent organizational, communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with users at different technical skill levels. High attention to detail and commitment to data quality and consistency. Ability to manage multiple priorities across departments, locations, and regions.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE A
degree in law or paralegal studies, or the equivalent experience in a contract administration role or related field Legal experience and/or knowledge of contract law Technical and/or construction related background/experience preferred but not required CRM administrator certification or advanced CRM configuration experience. Experience with CRM data governance, system migrations, integrations, or automation. Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools. Knowledge of change-management and user-adoption practices.
