Serving as the heartbeat of our operations, our dispatchers manage essential customer interactions, address client requirements, and provide critical scheduling and logistical support to our field technicians. Core Duties Manage incoming service inquiries by aligning technicians and resources to ensure client needs are resolved promptly. Coordinate daily technician assignments and supply them with the vital details required to successfully execute maintenance, repairs, and project appointments. Predict and plan upcoming technician schedules to optimize workflow. Maintain consistent dialogue with both internal and external stakeholders to guarantee all service promises are fulfilled. Leverage our service management software to organize call logs, update schedules, and manage technician status. Support project coordinators and field staff by facilitating the procurement of necessary purchase orders. Draft service quotes for field staff and initiate work orders upon client approval. Oversee and verify information transmitted through the mobile application used by our field technicians. Partner with the accounting department to clarify and settle any inquiries regarding finalized service jobs. Support project management teams by organizing technician availability for upcoming project tasks. Coordinate with fellow dispatch team members to foster a smooth and efficient dispatch process. Monitor and refresh the status of all active service requests. Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by the Dispatch Supervisor.
