NOW HIRING - FULL-TIME DISPATCHER

Fast moving oil and gas, supply and service company seeking experienced, highly motivated, and reliable individual for a full-time Dispatcher position in the Midwest and Northeastern Regions.

(Includes but not limited to) Fast paced scheduling requires communication and organizational skills Must have experience in Excel, and Microsoft Outlook Experienced forklift operator Successfully meet pre-employment requirements (includes but not limited to drug and alcohol testing and background check)

Job Responsibilities:

(Includes but not limited to) Answering phone calls and responding to emails Schedule and dispatch Paragon Driver loads to fulfill jobsite needs Schedule third-party trucks to fulfill jobsite needs Relay information as needed to/from Driver's, Field Employees, Supervisors, etc. Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing quick solutions Complete Company Required Training Forklift Operation to load and unload trucks Ensure all paperwork is turned in (When necessary) Comply with all company and customer Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) policies and practices. Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all designated times (includes but not limited to safety boots, hard hat, safety glasses, FR clothing, gloves, and hearing protection) Represent the company values with integrity while maintaining the highest ethical and legal standards Adhere to Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics policies
