General Laborer

Friendly Grid Installation & Parking Lot RemodelRate of Pay:
$ 20.00/hour

•5:30pm (2 weeks, could be longer. Other positions available)
Position Overview:
The General Laborer will support the installation of eco‑friendly ground‑reinforcement grids and assist with all phases of a parking lot remodel. This role is hands‑on, outdoors, and requires someone reliable, safety‑minded, and comfortable working with basic hand tools such as shovels and rakes.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with laying and securing eco‑friendly grids used for ground stabilization.
Use a shovel to move, spread, and level dirt, gravel, and other fill materials.
Prepare work areas by clearing debris, staging materials, and maintaining a clean jobsite.
Support the crew during grading and surface preparation.
Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with the construction team.
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
Maintain safe working practices and adhere to all site safety guidelines.
QualificationsPrior general labor or construction experience preferred but not required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, digging, and standing for extended periods.
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently when assigned tasks.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
