Job Description

Dispatcher Full-Time Heartland Energy Solutions is looking for a full time dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher will play a key role in scheduling, coordinating, and tracking various types of oilfield equipment. They will provide customer service while taking inbound phone calls in a high performance, customer focused, call center environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage the workforce to achieve daily production goals. Determine equipment and manpower requirements for future and daily operational needs. Ability to coordinate on going work with various team members and customers to insure jobs are done correctly and on time. Create and maintain a high performance culture. Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a professional manner. Build, grow and maintain a relationship with customer bases through excellent communication skills and customer service. Expected work week of approximately 55-60 hours.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in the delivery/trucking industry required. Experience in dispatching/customer service. Must possess at least intermediate computer skills and knowledge. Ability to evaluate alternatives in order to make best overall value decisions based on considering key factors, cost, customer expectations, driver needs and other factors. Solid judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills and a proven record of taking the initiative and responsibility in using those skills effectively, both individually and as a team member. Ability to function well in a high-stress environment.
Physical Requirements:
Arm and hand steadiness and finger dexterity enough to use a keyboard and telephone; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds; may be subject to walking, standing, sitting, and reaching; and vision, speech , and hearing sufficient to perform the essential tasks.

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
