What You'll Do:

Answer emergency and non-emergency calls with professionalism and compassion Quickly gather critical information and assess situations Dispatch Police, Fire, and EMS efficiently and accurately Provide life-saving instructions, including CPR, until help arrives Become certified in OLETS, TCPR, and Jailer operations Maintain detailed and accurate records of all calls and actions

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm in high-stress situations Quick thinkers with solid problem-solving abilities Multitaskers who thrive in a fast-paced environment Comfort with technology and willingness to grow as new systems and tools are introduced High school diploma (or equivalent); experience is a plus Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays included) Must be 18+ with a valid Oklahoma Driver's License No felony convictions or disqualifying criminal history Ability to pass a drug screen and thorough background check
