What You'll Do:

Answer and verify alarm signals Dispatch emergency responders when needed Provide excellent customer service

Strong communication & customer service skills Basic computer and typing skills (30 WPM) Dependable with stable work history Able to pass background and drug screening Emotional control and professionalism in high-pressure situations Must be available for on-call rotation, weekends, and some holidays
