Now Hiring:
Game Master - Murder Escape Do you love puzzles, storytelling, and creating unforgettable experiences? Murder Escape is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Game Master to join our team! As a Game Master, you are the heart of the escape room experience. You'll guide players through thrilling scenarios, set the tone with immersive storytelling, and keep the games running smoothly from start to finish. If you thrive on teamwork, love entertaining others, and want a job where no two days are the same— we want to hear from you! This position is part time. Position offers 15-30 hours per week. Pay starts at $11 per hour.
Schedule:
Nights and Weekends. Must be available every Saturday for a full or half shift.
Essential Functions:
Arriving on time and prep your escape room (lights, AC, music, game rooms, etc…) Welcome guests in lobby Lead guests to game room and give verbal instructions Answer questions and provide clues to facilitate guest game experience Monitor the group throughout the entire game play Meet group after game has concluded to celebrate accomplishments Reset game room for next group of guests (100% perfection for game resets, overcoming/mending misused puzzles/props) General cleaning and maintenance (dusting, floors, bathrooms, trash, etc…)
Job Requirements:
Good grasp of technology - basic computer skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Provide enthusiastic service for all guests Monitor guests activity and engage via computer screen up to 1 hour without distraction Need to have great memory skills and learn the details of each room for a speedy reset
