Full Time Summary:
Files keys and parking tags and retrieves same based upon customer demand. Maintains control of valet forms and valet dispatch work areas. Works with other departments to ensure accurate and timely customer transactions. Assures prompt, courteous service to all customers, internal and external. Always presents a friendly and professional image at the casino.
Responsibilities:
1. Places customer keys in appropriate location in key booth after vehicle has been parked. 2. Key Booth maintains control of customer property to prevent loss of keys and keeps key booth orderly at all times to expedite retrieval. 3. Valet Desk takes valet ticket from guest, calls valet ticket number to key booth, key booth assure the correct valet ticket / vehicle is delivered to guest promptly. 4. Keeps work area in order. 5. Notifies security immediately if there is a vehicle accident or injury in the parking lot, or unruly guest in valet lobby area. 6. Must be able to drive Casino owned vehicles in valet department. 7. Prepares daily reports as required. 8. Maintains a professional appearance at all times. 9. Adheres to casino company department policies and procedures at all times. 10. Additional duties as assigned and necessary.
