In this pivotal role, you will coordinate and manage transportation logistics, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of freight. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining our commitment to superior service and customer satisfaction. Start Time 3pm Monday - Friday, Weekends as Needed Responsibilities Coordinate daily dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery of freight Utilize transportation management systems to optimize routes and schedules Communicate effectively with drivers and customers regarding shipments Monitor fleet performance and address any issues promptly Analyze logistical data to improve efficiency and reduce costs Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Driver management Qualifications Proven experience in dispatching or transportation management Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Proficiency in transportation management systems. Ability to analyze data for decision-making purposes Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Pay:
