You'll coordinate people, trucks, and equipment to deliver exceptional service to our customers. If you're organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy problem-solving, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Dispatch and route field crews and vehicles efficiently Review, create, and edit work orders Collaborate with customers and internal teams to schedule services and resolve conflicts Ensure crews have proper training, certifications, and equipment Monitor job progress, crew hours, and resource availability Adjust schedules quickly when priorities shift Complete and submit required paperwork and reports daily Other duties as assigned What You Bring High School diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred 2+ years of dispatch experience (multi-service dispatch is a plus) Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry Bilingual is a plus! Able to problem-solve, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure Familiarity with the Oregon/Washington region Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude Willing to work flexible hours, including occasional nights, weekends, and overtime River City is a Drug Free Workplace that follows all FEDERAL guidelines for drug testing, which prohibits the use of marijuana.
