Pay Scale:

$19.00 - $25.00 plus Benefits, depending on skillset

Benefits:

Medical and Dental (100% for employee), Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation, 401k with company match, and Sick Leave (earned at 1 hour per 30 hours worked, not to exceed 40 hours)

Non-Exempt Work Hours:

8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, some overtime as needed

Primary Job Function:

To assist with all incoming phone calls, and manage the day-to-day scheduling operations. Responsible for the creation of department job files, daily/weekly/monthly reporting, contacting clients regarding scheduling issues, and scheduling subcontractors and inspections. Responsible for coordinating communication between service technicians, installers, field supervisors, customers, vendors, and the office.

Required Qualifications:

Impeccable customer service skills Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment Geographical knowledge of sales area or map reading skills 3+ years of office experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Regular and Reliable Attendance Qualifications Desired:

Some dispatching experience within a service-related industry Excellent verbal skills Professional phone skills Strong interpersonal skills Energetic personality Well-organized and able to work independently Working knowledge of GPS and mapping software Bi-Lingual preferred (Spanish)
