Job Summary The Station Operations Dispatcher is responsible for supporting daily on-site station operations and coordinating closely with drivers, warehouse staff, and operations teams. This role monitors delivery activities, follows up on package exceptions and operational issues, tracks driver and route performance, and reviews daily operational data to identify potential issues. The Station Operations Dispatcher also supports station workflows and standard operating procedures to help ensure smooth, efficient, and reliable daily operations. Key Responsibilities Monitor and support daily on-site station operations Handle and follow up on package exceptions and operational issues Monitor and analyze daily operational data Track driver and route performance and identify potential issues Coordinate closely with drivers, warehouse staff, and the on-site operations team Follow and understand station workflows and standard operating procedures Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations Assist with other on-site operational tasks as needed Qualifications Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, warehouse operations, or site operations is preferred Strong teamwork and coordination skills Ability to understand and follow different operational processes Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets Strong communication and problem-solving skills Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment On-site training will be provided, so candidates with a strong willingness to learn are welcome

Pay:

$21.00 - $25.00 per hour
