Description Call Taker/Dispatcher needed for HVAC office. This position is part-time/ full-time (will be discussed with applicant). Answering multiple phone lines, keeping technicians on task, calling customers and keeping them up to date with service. Keeping customer files up to date. Requires computer skills and using company software for scheduling and inputting customer information. Customer service skills a must, salary and hours to be determined.
