And we have no plans of slowing down! Job Summary The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating daily driver schedules, vehicle assignments, and delivery operations. This role works closely with drivers, warehouse staff, and operations teams to ensure deliveries are completed efficiently and on time. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment. Key Responsibilities Schedule daily drivers and delivery assignments. Coordinate vehicles and staffing based on daily package volume. Coordinate delivery areas and routes. Monitor driver departures and delivery progress. Maintain timely communication with drivers throughout the day. Coordinate between the warehouse, drivers, and operations teams. Handle delivery exceptions and operational issues. Adjust delivery plans and assignments based on real-time conditions. Organize and maintain daily operations and delivery data. Assist the station in maintaining smooth and efficient daily operations. Qualifications Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to respond quickly to operational changes and delivery issues. Basic computer skills and ability to maintain operational records and data. Ability to work effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and operations teams. Previous experience as a Dispatcher, Driver Coordinator, Logistics Operations Specialist, or similar logistics role is preferred. Experience in last-mile delivery, transportation, logistics, or warehouse operations is a plus. Language Skills English or Spanish communication skills preferred. Strong communication skills are a plus.

Pay:

$21.00 - $25.00 per hour
