Moetivations provides short term and long term 9-1-1 call taking, dispatch, and CTO support services to agencies across the country. Our Dispatcher On Demand (DOD) teams help support emergency communications centers experiencing staffing shortages, transitions, and other operational needs. No two deployments are exactly the same, and that is part of what makes this role exciting, rewarding, and unique. What You'll Do Travel with fellow DOD team members to support public safety agencies nationwide Professionally handle emergency and non-emergency calls Dispatch police, fire, and EMS personnel using radios and computer aided dispatch systems Provide lifesaving pre arrival instructions to callers Monitor and track emergency response units during active incidents Maintain communication with field personnel during patrol and emergency operations Accurately document calls, incidents, and related activity Adapt to a variety of PSAP systems, workflows, and operational environments Build relationships and support agencies when they need it most Compensation and Benefits We know experienced dispatchers have options.
