Job Description
This position will start in the office 100% of the time for the 1 - 2 months, depending on training and skillset. Then you will be allowed to work a hybrid schedule from home. When you have worked approximately 6 months in this position, you will be given a company laptop for use, while you work at this position. The company laptop must be returned if your position is ended. You must have a working laptop or desktop computer to be considered for this position. This is because you will work from home in a hybrid role after initial training and probation. A reliable/ strong internet connection is also required.

Schedule:
Associates will work 5 days of the week and work days will vary. Associates get time off every other weekend- Dispatcher II responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: Utilizing GPS, Google Maps, and multiple mobile applications simultaneously Market Lead Oversees Dispatcher I Driver Onboarding Fail Verification Initiate Driver Discipline ZenDesk Ticket Assignment Client Channel Communication Dispatcher I tasks when needed This position dispatches drivers to assure that all pickups and drops happen in a timely, safe and efficient manner.
