Customer Care Representative / Dispatcher — Beacon Electrical Services, Chattanooga TN Full-Time | $18/hour Every customer's first impression of this company happens on the phone, with you. Every technician's day — smooth or chaotic — depends on how well the board is run, by you. This is a role for someone who can stay calm, sharp, and genuinely kind while juggling a ringing phone, a full board, and a team counting on them to get it right. What You'll Actually Do Answer every call before the third ring and make the customer feel taken care of, immediately. Book calls accurately and dispatch the right technician to the right appointment, every time. Keep the board moving — maximize scheduling efficiency without ever compromising the customer experience.
