Job Description

Marsden Customer Care Facility Services Dispatcher Shift:
8am-5pm Monday-Friday - Full Time 40 hours
Salary:
23.00-25.00 per hour
Location:
Hybrid (Some Remote work and some work in our St. Paul Office)
Requirements/Qualifications:
You must be 18 years old. You must be able to pass a background check. For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English. The ability to speak Spanish would be helpful. Experience in mechanical services or other related service industries preferred but not required.
Job Duties:
As you might expect, processing, dispatching and customer service is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you'll be: Scheduling and dispatching drivers, work crews, vehicles or equipment to appropriate locations Communicating customer requests, immediate needs work orders and other important messages to technicians and supervisors Contacting employees or emergency personnel when appropriate Be able to work with supervisors to solve any customer requests Create and prepare and work orders Keeping and organizing work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, inventory records and other information Coordinating subcontractors Assist in ordering equipment and supplies This role will be customer-facing and will be communicating directly with Property Managers and Tenants.
