Full-time Company:
Blue Ridge Communications Shift:
Monday-Thursday 12PM-9PM and Sunday's 10AM-7PM Training period will be done in the office. Once fully trained, working from home will be an option. Pencor and its subsidiaries are Equal Opportunity Employers A reliable dispatcher is needed to dispatch service calls, verify work orders for accuracy and assist Field Technicians with changes, pricing and special equipment needs.
Will also be responsible for:
Filing completed work orders Contacting customers when trouble shooting and/or scheduling work needs to be done Monitoring system outages Keeping Field Technicians informed of system problems Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
H.S. Diploma or GED Established residency in Pennsylvania Reliable transportation Previous experience working in a dispatch environment preferred Familiarity with the local area helpful Computer proficiency using the internet and Microsoft Office programs - Outlook Email, Word and Excel Excellent Communication Skills - Oral and Written Excellent Organizational Skills Excellent Time Management Skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast paced environment INDHP
