Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and ensure timely coverage of driver tripsOptimize driver trip coverage options across multiple technology and dispatch platformsMonitor trip accuracy and provide support where neededEscalate issues to field operations or clients when appropriateMaintain up-to-date and accurate records in our internal systemsCommunicate professionally with field management and other team members100% onsite working environment at our Lenexa, KS command center (this role is not a remote work environment role)Qualifications2-4+ years experience in dynamic, fast-paced operations center or call center environmentsExcellent reliability and onsite attendanceStrong client service and phone communication skillsHigh school diploma or equivalentDemonstrated professionalism and business maturity in an office environmentSolid Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) proficiencyAsserts ownership for projects and assigned activities, meets deadlinesDoes this opportunity resonate with you?
