Join our dynamic transportation team as a Dispatcher, where you will play a pivotal role in coordinating freight movement and ensuring seamless logistics operations. This energetic position requires a proactive approach to managing transportation schedules, communicating effectively with drivers, carriers, and clients, and utilizing advanced transportation management systems. As a Dispatcher, you will be the central hub that keeps our supply chain running smoothly, leveraging your analysis skills and technical expertise to optimize routes and improve efficiency. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and possess excellent communication abilities, this opportunity is perfect for you to make a significant impact in the logistics industry. Duties Coordinate and schedule freight pickups and deliveries using transportation management systems such as DAT or Truckstop

Communicate with drivers, carriers, and clients via multi-line phone systems, ensuring clear and professional phone etiquette

Utilize GPS and GIS tools to monitor vehicle locations, optimize routes, and provide real-time updates to clients

Manage shipping & receiving documentation accurately through chat with the drivers.

Oversee fleet management activities, including dispatching trucks for timely deliveries and pickups while maintaining compliance with safety standards

Collaborate with warehouse teams on shipping schedules, freight loading/unloading, and 3PL (third-party logistics) coordination

Analyze transportation data to identify inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and support transportation planning initiatives Qualifications No experience needed
