EnergyLogic is a Colorado-based, applied building science company that partners with building professionals to create homes that are efficient, healthy, and resilient. We have an immediate opening on our Logistics/Customer Support Team . We have a hybrid workplace in our downtown Berthoud, CO headquarters. (This position can be performed mostly remotely after a 6 week in-person training period.) The Logistics Team is responsible for the accurate, efficient, and effective scheduling of our building inspection experts, up and down the Front Range, from Cheyenne, Wyoming to Pueblo, CO, and for providing professional, helpful communications with our clients.

Required skills/experience:

3+ years experience working in a fast-paced office environment Proficient in Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Office Efficient, extremely detailed oriented Excellent customer service skills Tech savvy

• must be able to easily learn and navigate between software Must be a team player
• willing to pick up where someone else left off, trade shifts and help team members with PTO and family emergencies Interpersonal skills highly valued
• friendly, positive, helpful, and kind This position is Mon
• Fri, minimum of 26 hours per week and, on occasion, could be as high as 32 hours per week if helping out a teammate.

While this is a job that can be largely performed remotely, applicants MUST reside in a location easily accessible to the Berthoud, CO office as there will be some in person, in office, time required.
