• Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized IT Service Dispatcher to join our technology support team.

In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for IT service requests, coordinating and dispatching technical support to ensure seamless resolution of hardware, software, and network issues. Your proactive communication skills and technical knowledge will drive efficient service delivery, helping our organization maintain optimal IT operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our IT infrastructure, supporting a diverse range of users and systems. Duties Receive and prioritize incoming IT support requests via help desk platforms. Dispatch technicians promptly to resolve hardware, software, network, and operating system issues across various platforms including Windows, macOS, and mobile devices. Coordinate with internal teams to troubleshoot software problems related to Microsoft Office, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, Meraki networking devices, and other network administration tools. Manage scheduling for onsite and remote support visits while maintaining clear communication with end-users regarding service status and expected resolution times. Track all service requests meticulously using ticketing systems; document actions taken and resolutions achieved for future reference. Assist in monitoring IT infrastructure components such as LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP configurations, Windows Server environments, and help desk workflows to ensure optimal performance. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating technical solutions clearly and professionally to users with varying levels of technical expertise. Qualifications Proven experience in technical support or help desk roles with a strong understanding of computer hardware and operating systems including Windows and macOS. Solid knowledge of software troubleshooting techniques across multiple platforms; familiarity with Microsoft Office suite is essential. Ability to analyze complex technical issues quickly and develop effective solutions; strong analysis skills are a must. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users. Knowledge of mobile device management and operating systems including iOS and Android is a plus. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are preferred but not required.
