Responsibilities Provide attentive care to children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and emotional comfort at all times Implement age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development, including play-based learning and educational exercises Manage classroom routines and behavior management strategies to create a positive learning environment Support infants and toddlers with feeding, diapering, and developmental milestones such as crawling or walking Collaborate with colleagues to plan curriculum activities aligned with early childhood education standards Maintain detailed records of each child's progress, health updates, and daily activities Ensure compliance with safety protocols including first aid procedures and health regulations Qualifications Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or nannying roles is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications in special education or working with individuals with disabilities are a plus Demonstrated classroom experience managing young children's behavior effectively Strong communication skills to engage with children, parents, and team members professionally Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining flexibility and patience Passion for nurturing young minds and supporting their growth through caregiving and teaching Join us in shaping bright futures!
