Prosperity Health Transport LLC is a non emergency medical transportation company based in Chamblee, Georgia specializing exclusively in dialysis patient transport. We are looking for a reliable, compassionate, and organized Remote Medical Dispatcher to join our growing team. As our dispatcher you will be the first point of contact for our drivers and patients every morning. You will play a critical role in ensuring that dialysis patients — people who depend on transportation for their survival — get to their appointments safely and on time.

What you will do:

Confirm patient pickups the night before each shift via phone or text Monitor drivers via GPS tracking app from home Communicate with drivers throughout each shift Handle patient calls and concerns professionally and calmly Escalate any issues immediately to the CEO Log all trips and incidents in our staff portal Coordinate backup drivers when needed What we are looking for: Excellent communication skills — calm and professional under pressure Organized and detail oriented Comfortable learning simple apps and software Compassionate — our patients are medically vulnerable Available Monday through Saturday starting at 5AM Reliable internet connection and smartphone required Prior dispatching experience is a plus but not required

Schedule:

Monday through Saturday • 5AM to approximately 3

PM Pay:

$15 to $18 per hour
