Day Shift:

7am - 7pm | $16/hour

Night Shift:

7pm - 7am | $17/hour

Your Responsibilities:

As a Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of our customers.

Your responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and processing alarms, trouble signals, and supervisory signals as they are received.
• Determining and contacting the appropriate authorities—police, fire, or medical—based on the situation.
• Placing outgoing calls to verify alarms, dispatch the correct authorities, and notify responsible parties.
• Maintaining clear and calm communication with customers.
• Accurately documenting all responses in our alarm monitoring software.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED
• No previous experience required; comprehensive training provided
• Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Strong customer service skills, with an ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
