TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. in Anderson, SC is looking for a Talent Advisor, Organizational Effectiveness . The Talent Advisor is a member of the Organizational Effectiveness Center of Excellence (OE COE), reporting to the Group Manager. The role supports the effective delivery and continuous improvement of Talent Cycle programs by coordinating processes, managing workforce data and reporting, and developing consistent tools and resources. Serving as a key connection point among HR Business Partners, HR specialty teams, leaders, and employees, the Talent Advisor helps ensure talent and employee-lifecycle processes are executed accurately, efficiently, and consistently. Through strong task management, attention to detail, discretion, and proactive follow-through, this role enables HR Business Partners to focus on strategic priorities while supporting a positive, People First employee experience.
Primary Responsibilities :
Provide day-to-day operational and coordination support to Talent Partners and other Talent teams, ensuring follow-through on HR actions, business priorities, documentation, deadlines, and process milestones. Prepare reports, trackers, communications, presentations, meeting materials, and other resources that support HRBP and leadership discussions. Serve as a coordination point among HRBPs, leaders, employees, Talent teams, HR specialty groups, and business stakeholders. Coordinate performance management, talent reviews, calibration activities, development planning, engagement follow-up, employee listening, and workforce planning processes. Develop and maintain tools, resources, communications, and training that support the Talent Cycle and other Talent programs. Support New Hire Orientation and onboarding initiatives in partnership with Training & Development, Talent Management, and site stakeholders. Coordinate employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, transfers, promotions, and status changes, organizational updates, and terminations. Support consistent onboarding and offboarding experiences and direct routine employee and leader inquiries to the appropriate HR resources, processes, or systems. Maintain accurate employee records, performance documentation, organizational data, HR files, forms, and correspondence in accordance with company requirements. Maintain data integrity in Workday and other HR systems by ensuring employee, organizational, and reporting information remains accurate and current. Create and maintain HR dashboards, reports, trackers, and workforce summaries covering headcount, turnover, open positions, engagement, compliance, and related metrics. Identify and help resolve data discrepancies, workflow issues, process gaps, and documentation needs in partnership with HRBPs and HR Operations. Support engagement surveys, recognition programs, service awards, culture initiatives, company events, and activities that reinforce organizational values. Assist with talent planning, succession planning, employee development, retention actions, leadership support, audits, compliance reporting, and employee relations documentation. Support change management and continuous improvement by evaluating programs, gathering feedback, simplifying and standardizing processes, documenting tools and SOPs, maintaining confidentiality, and building positive cross-functional relationships. Performs other duties as assigned.
Technical Skills/Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of HR processes, employment practices, and compliance requirements preferred. Experience working with HRIS systems and maintaining employee data is beneficial but not required. Strong written and verbal communication skills Must have strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute multiple competing responsibilities

Primarily working indoors, office environment. Periodic travel to various TTI locations. May sit for several hours at a time. Prolonged exposure to computer screens.
