Job Description ADAS Safe is seeking an Assistant Manager - Dispatcher to support our growing nationwide ADAS calibration operation. This role serves as the link between field technicians, customers, and scheduling operations, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a strong team player who collaborates well with others, eager to learn and take on new challenges, self-motivated with the initiative to work independently, and is skilled at driving business growth through nurturing existing client relationships and prospecting new accounts. Required Skills Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling software. Nice-to-Have Skills Automotive, collision repair, ADAS, or field service experience preferred. Education and Experience 3+ years of experience in dispatching, operations coordination, field service, or automotive operations.
