We are looking for a Billing & Dispatch Clerk to help keep daily operations moving. This position will focus on customer billing, invoice processing, dispatching, scheduling, and communication with drivers and customers.

Pay:

$19-$21/hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Responsibilities Prepare and process customer invoices and billing paperwork Review billing information for accuracy Enter and maintain customer, order, and delivery information Coordinate daily dispatch schedules and driver assignments Communicate with drivers regarding routes, pickups, and deliveries Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules and updates Track deliveries and follow up on delays or changes Resolve billing and dispatch issues as they arise Maintain accurate records and documentation Provide general administrative support to the logistics team Qualifications Previous billing and dispatch experience required Experience with invoicing, billing, or accounts receivable Experience coordinating drivers, deliveries, or routes Strong computer and data-entry skills Excellent attention to detail Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Dependable and professional

Pay:

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
