• Position Overview:

• We are looking for a sharp, organized, and calm-under-pressure Night Shift Dispatcher to coordinate our overnight delivery operations. You will ensure routes across our SC and western NC service area depart on time and run smoothly through the night.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and dispatch delivery drivers across multiple county routes in SC and western NC
• Verify that all routes are fully loaded and staged before departure
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs and delivery records
• Communicate with warehouse staff to resolve any order discrepancies before trucks roll
• Escalate unresolved issues to management as needed

• Requirements:

• Ability to work overnight shifts consistently,
• Strong communication and multitasking skills —
• Proficiency with basic computer systems, spreadsheets, and/or dispatch/routing software
• Calm, decisive, and solutions-oriented under pressure
• Previous dispatch, logistics, or transportation coordination experience preferred
• Familiarity with the Upstate SC and western NC region a plus
