PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures, handling routine questions, and supporting security-related operations from the dispatch post. Monitor radio, telephone, alarm, and/or camera systems, receive reports of incidents or service needs, and coordinate the appropriate response in a calm, problem-solving manner. Document incidents, calls for service, and daily activity in logs and reports, communicating relevant updates to site personnel and Allied Universal leadership as needed. Respond to emergency and non-emergency situations by dispatching officers or other appropriate personnel, tracking activity, and relaying information clearly and professionally. Conduct regular and random patrol support functions such as monitoring activity across the location perimeter and interior areas through available systems, helping to identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require follow-up.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be 21+ years of age. A tuberculosis test and MMR vaccinations are required in accordance with COLA, DPSS, and DHS requirements. Hospital vaccines are required. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
