Sioux Valley Energy is hiring a full-time Dispatcher to coordinate field crews, respond to outages and emergencies, manage service orders, communicate with members, and support safe and reliable utility operations. Once fully trained, employees may report to Sioux Valley Energy's Colman or Brandon Service Center .

Starting wage:

$39.58/hour + built-in overtime premium. Our five-week rotating schedule includes a mix of shorter and longer workweeks, resulting in 208 work hours paid at the overtime rate annually. The shift rotation also provides up to 16 days off during the five-week period. Voluntary overtime will also be available. The schedule includes 6 AM

• 6 PM, 6 PM
• 6 AM, and 8 AM
• 4 PM shifts .

Experience in utility operations, dispatching, emergency call centers, or customer service is preferred. Competitive wage, built-in overtime premium, excellent benefits, and a schedule that provides extended time off.
