JOB DESCRIPTION
SUMMARYOF POSITION
This is a remote PRN position supporting a 24/7/365, high-volume mental health mobile crisis dispatch team . In this role, you will answer calls from community partners, including hospitals, jails, clinics, and other referral sources, and collect essential demographic and clinical information to facilitate timely crisis response. You will work closely with Centerstone Mobile Crisis teams and Dispatch Specialists across Tennessee, Indiana, Illinois, and Florida , coordinating services based on the geographic location of each crisis response request. This is a fast-paced, mission-driven role that requires flexibility, as available hours will vary based on operational needs.Salary Range:
$17.10- 18.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Answers calls from community partners, such as hospital, jails, clinics, etc) and maintain a professional relationship with contacts. Follows protocols and procedures to dispatch the appropriate mobile crisis dispatch team Documents all required information in the appropriate electronic recording system Must meet the ethical and clinical standards in compliance with all accreditation of program. Actively participates in supervision meetings including quality, training and team meetings. Assist in administrative tasks as needed.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods. Ability to understand complex issues, effectively handled multiple tasks as once and evaluate needs. Demonstrates high-level customer service skills and professional etiquette. Effectively navigate multiple Electronic Record Systems required for documentationQUALIFICATIONS
Education Level High School Diploma, GED or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Years of Experience Two years of customer service experience preferred. Certification/LicensureN/A PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
