Communicate with drivers, carriers, and warehouse teams via multi-line phone systems, maintaining professional phone etiquette and clear communication. Maintain detailed dispatch logs, incident reports, and freight documentation to ensure compliance and operational transparency. Experience Proven experience in dispatching within a logistics or transportation environment. Strong analysis skills for route optimization and problem-solving in fast-paced settings.
