Essential FunctionsAssess customer needs and timing of deliveriesManage daily delivery schedule for driversPlan deliveries to inventory-managed retail gas outletsReceive orders from suppliers, gas station dealers, and renewable fuels distributorsProvide frontline customer service for existing accountsAnswer all incoming phone calls promptly and courteouslyMonitor e-mail for incoming orders, inventory updates, and communication between team membersMonitor web portals for station inventoriesSolicit freight from customersCreate loads in dispatch systemDivide dispatch responsibilities with other team membersEnter incidents into KITS (incident reporting system)On-call duties as neededQualifications QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentExcellent conflict resolution and skillsEffective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
