Position:

Support central coordinators in supervising, scheduling, and monitoring loads for the fleet of drivers Handle the processing and billing of customer loads Coordinate and communicate directly with various customers Ensures effective daily problem resolution and customer service Monitor performance and available hours of fleet drivers Strong ability to work alongside the team and strive for excellence

Requirements:

1 year of transportation dispatch experience Self-motivated problem-solver with a strong desire to meet customer needs Excellent verbal/written communication skills Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Knowledge and understanding of DOT safety regulations are helpful Knowledge of TMW dispatch software is required
