Job Description:
Purity Oilfield Services is hiring a Logistics Dispatcher in Bowie, TX to support our growing operation. $16-$20 per hour depend in on previous experience and interview 40-48 hours per week Oilfield/Water Hauling Logistics Experience preferred but not required Dispatch duties involve coordinating drivers to pick up and deliver water by assigning loads, planning efficient routes, and monitoring drivers' progress. Key responsibilities also include managing daily operations, communicating with drivers and clients, and handling administrative tasks like ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining records.

Coordination:
Assigning drivers to specific loads and routes based on customer needs and truck availability.
Route planning:
Optimizing delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient transportation of water and equipment to various sites.
Communication:
Acting as the central point of contact between drivers, clients, and site managers to address issues and ensure smooth operations.
Scheduling:
Managing the daily schedule to meet demand Administrative and support tasks
Compliance:
Ensuring drivers adhere to DOT regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
Record keeping:
Maintaining accurate logs and records, which may involve reviewing electronic tickets for accuracy and efficiency.
Troubleshooting:
Handling any issues that arise during a shift, such as delays, traffic, or mechanical problems with the trucks.
Data management:
Using software to manage data, track loads, and generate reports for invoicing and accounting.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent certification required. Knowledge of basic DOT guidelines Water Hauling Logistics Experience preferred Preferred 2 - 3 years experience in logistics and/or customer service. Proficient communicator in written and verbal skills. Must be able to think and react quickly to changing situations and conditions and apply good use of judgement at all times. Be able to monitor status and route of multiple units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule. Provide information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirements. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus #TS-OMNI-NonDOT-Force#
Wage Range:
16.00 - 20.00 per hour
