CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE AND DISPATCHER/SCHEDULER.

The selected candidate will have a dynamic phone presence along with excellent problem-solving skills in evaluating customer calls and matching the right technician to every job. Services include plumbing, drain cleaning and water cleanup emergencies for both residential and commercial customers.

Essential responsibilities include:

Dynamic phone presence to ensure all customers experience world class service. Review customer satisfaction issues to resolution. Cultivate a culture through office processes including priority dispatch, customer comfort calls, scheduled service management, and estimate/proposal management. Maintain accurate time tracking on plumbing and service technicians. Dispatch plumbing technicians for maximum productivity based on GPS location, zones and type of work needed.

Job Requirements:

The preferred candidate will have previous dispatching experience. We are looking for superior organizational and customer service skills and thorough knowledge of computer software including Word and Excel. Team spirit is key!
