Position Overview React Fueling is seeking a dependable and highly organized Fuel Logistics Dispatcher to coordinate daily fuel deliveries throughout the Houston area and across Texas. This position serves as the central point of communication between customers, drivers, suppliers, and management. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing changing schedules, solving problems quickly, and ensuring fuel deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time. Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch daily fuel deliveries Build efficient driver routes based on location, fuel requirements, and delivery priority Communicate delivery instructions and schedule changes with drivers Coordinate diesel, gasoline, DEF, and other product deliveries Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules, quantities, tank levels, and site access Coordinate fuel pickups and supply availability with terminals and fuel suppliers Monitor active deliveries and driver progress throughout the day Respond to emergency and after-hours fueling requests Prioritize critical generator and emergency fueling deliveries Track customer tanks and identify locations requiring upcoming deliveries Maintain accurate records of gallons delivered, delivery locations, products, and driver activity Verify delivery tickets and documentation are completed correctly Communicate delays, shortages, equipment issues, or delivery problems to management Assist with scheduling tank deliveries, pickups, swaps, and relocations Coordinate fueling for construction equipment, rental equipment, generators, fleets, cell towers, and disaster-response operations Maintain strong communication with customers and provide professional customer service Assist with invoicing and delivery-document reconciliation as needed Qualifications Previous dispatch, logistics, transportation, fuel, trucking, or construction experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent phone, email, and customer communication skills Comfortable working with GPS, routing software, spreadsheets, and computer-based dispatch systems Ability to make quick decisions when schedules or customer requirements change Strong attention to detail Ability to remain organized while managing multiple drivers and deliveries simultaneously Reliable attendance and punctuality Knowledge of Houston and surrounding areas preferred Experience with fuel distribution, petroleum transportation, hazmat operations, DOT-regulated transportation, construction equipment, or generator fueling is a plus. What Success Looks Like The Fuel Logistics Dispatcher keeps React Fueling's operation moving efficiently. Drivers know where they are going, customers know when their fuel is arriving, deliveries are properly documented, and urgent requests are handled without disrupting the rest of the day's schedule. As React Fueling grows, this position has the opportunity to develop into a Lead Dispatcher or Logistics/Operations Manager role.

$18.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
