Job Description
Dispatch responsibilities include providing support to ensure efficient operations of the company. Supports clients and drivers through a variety of tasks related to heavy communication and follow up. Oversees the transport of confidential and time sensitive material. Familiar with a variety of company concepts, practices and procedures. Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email, ensuring that all duties are completed, and material is transported successfully and in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent problem solving skills, and must be detail oriented. This position is the primary communicator between clients of our organization and couriers. Client satisfaction and the ability to work well in a team environment are ideal for this position. Exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude are critical to success in this role.
